2. Eligibility

3. Auctions & Bidding

• All bids placed are binding and cannot be retracted unless the auction is cancelled by the listing agent or BidmyTrip.
• The highest bidder at the close of the auction wins the package, subject to meeting any reserve price set by the agent.
• Winning bidders must complete payment within the timeframe specified in the auction listing.
• BidmyTrip reserves the right to cancel or suspend any auction if fraudulent activity is suspected.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. All fees, taxes, and applicable charges are displayed before checkout. Refund policies are determined by the individual travel agent and are outlined on each listing. BidmyTrip is not liable for refunds once payment has been transferred to the agent.

5. Agent Responsibilities

Travel agents listing packages on BidmyTrip are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, fulfillment of bookings, and compliance with all applicable travel regulations. BidmyTrip acts as a marketplace and is not the provider of travel services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BidmyTrip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
